1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Metro cities: 3–5 business days

Other locations: 5–8 business days

Remote areas: 8–10 business days

Please note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier partner, and festive season demand.

3. Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.

For orders below ₹499, a nominal shipping charge of ₹49 will be applied.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available at an additional charge of ₹50 per order.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email.

You can track your order anytime through our website or the courier partner’s tracking page.

5. Packaging

We ensure every Tribe FRK piece is safely packed in a protective jewelry box with a layer of bubble wrap to prevent any transit damage.

6. Delays or Issues

While we work only with trusted delivery partners, sometimes delays may occur due to weather, courier workload, or unforeseen logistics issues.
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected time, please contact us and we’ll help you right away.
