2. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items received.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with tags intact.
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery through email or WhatsApp with an unboxing video as proof of issue.

3. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for :
Products purchased during sale/discount offers
Customized or personalized items

4. Return & Refund Process
1. Contact us:
Email us at info@tribefrk.com or DM us on Instagram @tribefrk within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Verification:
Share the order number, product images, and unboxing video.
3. Approval:
Once approved, we’ll arrange for pickup or ask you to courier the product to our return address.
4. Refund:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.
If you paid via COD, we’ll issue a store credit or transfer the refund to your bank account/UPI.

5. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order or before dispatch.
Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
